Hello.
As You can see from the Software log, You have not connected the phone correctly. Try to connect the phone via Micro USB and via Samsung Micro UART cables as it is written in Software manual:

To connect SPH-L720 phone via Micro USB cable, you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes"
5. Go to dial window
6. Enter "*#0808#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings"
9. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
10. Close window.
11. Go to dial window.
12. Enter "*#9090#" number.
13. Set "Diag config" to "[1]DM/DUM over HS-USB" value.
14. Restart phone.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

Sph-L720 Sprint s4 unlock problem also. 4.3 Baseband L720VPUEMK2

This baseband version is currently not supported. Please look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9814190-post37.html.

Note!
SPH-L720*. Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI solutions work only for MDL and MDC baseband versions.

Thanks for reply. Can I downgrade from 4.3 to 4.2.2 MDL firmware?
or can u give me MDL firmware for downgrade tested?

I tried MDC 4.2.2 from support but said Kernel not Samsung Authorized.

Once it is unlocked, it should work with any SIM card in U.S.
