Why You connect the phone in Emergency Mode? Please connect it in Normal Mode! Or in your phone the User (phone) code is set?

Note! If in your phone the User (Phone) code is set, you can't connect the phone in Normal Mode! Also Octopus Samsung software doesn't support resetting (reading) User code for this phone model.

If in your phone the User (Phone) code is set, you can't connect the phone in Normal Mode, so it is not possible to make Repair NVM.
