Hello.

To Unlock this phone, please do the next:
1. Make Repair NVM.
2. Re-flash the phone with firware form the Support Area.
3. Repeat Unlock operation.

What Software version do You use?

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Sowtware version (Software).
2. Disconnect all other devices from PC.
3. Re-boot the PC.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Make Unlock again.
6. Post here the result.

Try to put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and repeat the Unlock operation again. Then post here full Software log.

Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
