Smile Strange problem with s5 mini g800f [Solved]

Hello,
I've encountered a very strange problem with this phone on Saturday;
I had 6 g800f to unlock and all was fine without problems.
Last unlocked phone the customer took it and went home.
Over the night, the original IMEI was changed to a nokia 6310 IMEI.
The IMEI from the phone is this 350695200123951 and you can see
that is from a Nokia 6310.

Here is a complet log for that phone:

Last digits are filled with 0 by me.

I tried to write back the security backup file but the program is closing by itself.

What explanation is for that problem?
Thanks!

If You want to write Security backup, do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
3. Re-flash the phone.
4. Root the phone.
5. Write the first Security backup.
6. Post here full Software log with all of these actions.

I wiped the cache and factory reset the phone from recovery and I flashed
the security backup without problems now.

The original IMEI is back in the phone and unlocked it again.
The phone is working fine right now.

This is really strange. Most likely, your customer tried to write another IMEI Certificate and hasn't said to You about this.

this error is also happening with z3x box. redirecting imei to an old nokia model..

even when your phone is unlocked and you try to write your own imei wont fix it that error..

so here's the solution for SM G800F for the ones that dont have a backup and want to have it back as new.

you can write cert from another user backup . then efs. and it will be locked again. to write imei , just select model i9192 . it will appear a window that could be damaged your phone . go ahead and type your original imei on the back of the sticker and you have it now like at beggining,

if you need the files . show me how to upload it and i will send it to u.
