hi support, have this strange problem with samsung software..
have medusa box new cpu with all activations..

all works ok, but samsung module each 5-6 times i open software said: YOUR CARD IS BLOCKED, and open the updater software..
update all ok, and keep working.. that happend about 4-5 times..

now counter looks like

updates counts: 8
update limits: 11

what should be wrong?? what happen is counter reach limit???
i have been using it less than a week.

In this case, at first try to disconnect all other devices from PC, re-connect the Box and run Software again. Connect the Box directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important. If necessary, re-update card.

Nothing will happen, just write us to PM your card's S/N and we will add update's attempts to your card.
