Hello.

Please set another (not IE) browser as default browser and try to go into the Support Area.

Disable antivirus and firewall, re-boot the PC and try to go into the Support Area again. Also try via another Internet connection. If the problem is the same - contact us to Skype, ICQ or Yahoo! Messenger, we will look remotely, where can be the problem. Our contacts You can find in our profile.
