T399N after unlock Searching only


To connect SGH-T399 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Please post here full Software log of "Unlock" operation. What is the status of IMEI Ceti in *#0011# menu?

1. Perform "Read Cert" operation.
2. Write Cert file from the Support Area.

Try to find and select Network manually after these actions.

Donate money to this user
- Wipe Factory reset and cache from Recovery
- Flash other time this fw or other same version
- root phone
- repeat procedure of Unlock
- try to test with other Sim card and search Network manually.

If Fail UNLOCK and network, repeat above steps for Read Cert and Write Other Cert, post here full log and IMPORTANT what say from *#0011#

P.D. use Other Cert not this one above and FULL CHARGE BATTERY, not at 12% how above

Please do the next:
1. Reflash the phone.
2. Write "EFS_SGH_T399N_T399NUVUANK3" EFS file from the Support Area.
3. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
4. Perform "Repair Network" operation. (optional).

Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

If problem remains the same after all of the performed actions - most likely device has HW problem. Please check phone's HW.
