T399n phone no network problem
its show only dafult imei, try many time to change imei but can not success, when try to write imei then software suddenly stop working

Hello.

Please try do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version
2. Write "EFS_SGH_T399N_T399NUVUANK3" EFS file from the Support Area.
3. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
4. Perform "Unlock" operation (if will be needed).

Post here result and full Software log of the operation.

i av download file but not possible to unzip "EFS_SGH_T399N_T399NUVUANK3" error when i unzip

EFS file is in *.tar format. There is no need to unzip it. You can write the file via Odin, selecting the file as PDA.
