please team help me i did read codes with z3x and imei goes 00000000000 i try with octopus first it give me the unlock codes ok but thing is that phone dosent ask for unlock code so i did read codes with z3x and imei goes 000000 z3x dosent repair nspro said it repair but it really dosent i know that only octoplus does there is is susesefull log here on this forum u sent a test vercion for this mobile and it work please can u give me a link with this vercion so i can download i dont have sonor i live on cuba and we internet is limited here is the susesfull log when u repair imei done and mine logs thanks in advance

Please upload *.log and *.logx of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check where can be the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Please reflash the phone with "T589WUQLD4_YVLLD4" firmware from the Support Area, then repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
Post here result and full Software log performed operations.

the interesting thing is that before it does work on port conection it does show a samsung compor but soft it dosent take it even if u take manualy please help me now phone is worst because restar every 10 minutes thanks octopus team the best ever

Please make Factory Reset, then reflash the phone again. Check whether phone accepts *#7284#, or *#0808#, or ##3424# codes.

You need to set "Diag config" to "USB" value in *#7284#, or *#0808#, or ##3424# menu for connection of the phone.
