i have t713 frp,by free solution cant do,how to do by factory service method,this model is not in list.

Hello.

Please go to "Support & options" tab of the Software, press "Factory Services" button, then make "Factory Reset FRP/Reactivation". Process doesn't depend on phone model.

Try to re-install Samsung USB drivers. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.
If problem will remain - try to connect via UART interface with Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor.
