Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,412 | Do the next: 1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\". 2. Run the Software. 3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device. 4. Repeat "Unlock" operation. 5. Close the Software. 6. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device. |
