Hello.
This buttons are for writing appropriate backups back into your device. If You want to try to perform any actions, You should make these backups ("Read NVM", "Read EFS" and "Read Security") before to perform the action. Then, if You need to back your device to the previous state, You can write these backups back into your device. Backups from another devices (even from the same model) not always are suitable with the device, but You can try to read them from the same model and try to write into your device.

Such files are not present in the Support Area because of mentioned above reasons, but You can read backups from the same model (or ask other users to upload these backups for You, if they have them) and write it into your device.

If You need some backups, please ask in appropriate threads:

thanks heaps for that info. I have 5 Samsung motherboards from a friend, all of them had something wrong with them.

So i bought this device to try and get them working.

I have 2 that is stuck on the loop but made me think because my main phone died yesterday and it is stuck on the logo, I do have little nephews who play with it alot and it got very hot alot of times which is why I think its heat problems now damagedthe chip on the board.

I have another 2 phones that have up the top a "circle with a line through it" but everything else works properly, even the WIFI etc..

and I have one that worked but the microphone needs to be soldered onto it so this one can be fixed.

I was thinking maybe someone could give me those security backups or NVM or EFS and I could get my device working through some of those buttons.
