This phone will not pickup a signal.. It is not blacklisted. How can I fix this using Octopus Box?

Hello.

We have sent You several QCN files to PM. Make QCN backup (also make Security and EFS backups) and try to write QCNs, which we have sent You. Re-start the phone, insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

1. Should I flash all the files?
2. Do I need to flash the files in a particular order?

At first, try one, if not helps, try to write another.
