Unlock for GT-S6310N phone in emergency mode can`t be done [Solved] - GSM-Forum

hi,
its my first problem with unlock after a lot of unlocked phones with octoplus.
im trying with micro usb cable
can you help me what i need to do?

Hello.
This message ("phone in emergency mode can`t be done") means You have not connected your phone correctly and software can't communicate with it.

To connect GT-S6310N phone you have to carefully perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#9090#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

Also please write here which devices appear in PC Device Manager when You connect the device to PC and which drivers You have installed for these devices.

hello, first thaks for reply.
i have succesfuly unlocked iphone after selected manualy port,(everytime Samsung suite was selected automatically because of that i didn't tried)
there was 2 port of phone when i insert usb cable. port 14 and 15. i selected manualy 15 and unlocked in 2 seconds android 4.1.2
