im trying to unlock a samsung galaxy s4 model sgh-i337 with 4.4.2 kit kat but i cant so if someone know please let me know

What exactly You can't? Please post here full Software log with Unlock procedure.

To unlock this device, please install the latest Software version (Software), disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, root the phone manually, turn on USB Debugging Mode in your phone and repeat the Unlock operation again. Post here full Software log with all of your actions.

ok i cant root my cell i been trying many options but i cant root it can u help me with that

Try to use the latest versions of VRoot and Kongo Root Softwares. We have no other rooting Software/exploit for this device.
