Hello.
Nothing Ive tried in other PC,,, Also with VPN conection and Checking operation...failed
With two different cell.

I always unlock with octopus with my config, in fact, last week done one note 8 from TMB with rev 4 that give error while reading data, Ive just flashed combi firmware and unlock done

Now im in the same case,, and always error in Checking operation...failed...

What should i do now?.

Try to repeat the operation right now again using test Software version, which we have sent You to PM and write here the result. If the problem still remain, contact us tomorrow to Skype, we will check remotely, where can be the problme with your devices and will try to help You.
