If operation ends up with an error using USB interface - You should try to process the phone via UART cable.

Unlocking via MSL code is currently not supported via USB cable for this phone model, need to use special UART Type-C cable. Also You can unlock this phone via Octoplus Factory Unlock Service.

unlocking via MSL those type C USB pin android 7.0 cant unlock by any box using usb cable alone.. the question is where is the special type C uart cable? why not give a warning that those phone cant unlock by USB cable(cmd not supported) before they release MSL unlock. too late to explain. such a waste buying MSL code. that damn MSL code cant be refunded!

MSL unlock good for 6.0.1, can unlock by usb cable
MSL unlock bad for 7.0 up, special uart cable required
