Hello.

Phone's on Android 5.x have their Diagnostic port disabled. Try to enable CP logging in Recovery Mode, then check whether phone is being detected by PC.

Please make Factory Reset, then reflash the phone. Check, whether Enable CP logging option becomes available after reflashing.

I did a factory reset and that didn't help.
What is it you want me to flash exactly?

Reflash the phone with Android 5.0 firmware, then heck, whether Enable CP logging option becomes available in Recovery Mode.
