help for unlocking phone SHV-E160s unlocking problem, use octopus samsung tool can't unlocking this phone, I have try flashing with firmware in support area
this log for progress :

To connect SHV-E160S phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "319712358" number.
3. Enter "996412" password.
4. Go to System->SIO mode.
5. Select "Modem" radio button for USB section.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#9090#" number.
8. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
9. Restart phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: E160S.UH24.1912_CL966809_REV02
_ROOTED.oct <<<<< this file from supprot area
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a
PC.
To put SHV-E160S phone into download mode you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.
Found phone on

Please make repair NVM, then re-flash and check whether your phone is unlocked.

No need to make Unlock, insert SIM card and check whether your phone is unlocked.

What phone "say" when You insert SIM card? What code does your phone request exactly?

when entering phone sim card does not show up code only visible posts and no service signal does not appear, already in re flash using the existing firmware in support area still lock, repair NVM also still lock, unlock every in using octopus software samsung phone always unlocked failed, is there a solution? thx

Sorry, hard to say where can be the problem without having this phone in our hands... Try to use another SIM/USIM cards and say the result here...

Try to make Repair EFS, then re-flash and make Repair NVM.

I can't fix IMEI use octopus samsung software cause progrese not done, just runing long time, any solutions ?thx

Also say whether your phone is unlocked now?
