When I click SUPPORT BUTTON on software, software freezes


hallo team, what can I do, I want to download files from support, but when I click support, software freezes,, and sometimes when it opens, it tells me you need to use box to log in, but right now is freezing, what can i do

Hello.

Please try to use another web browser as default on your PC. Tests with Chrome/Firefox didn't result into such problem.

SIR I'M USING chrome, I triede internet explorer, same problem, can I give you team viewer id so you can check this problem?
