try to write cer file but phone not connect to uart cable there any code to active uart in phone or no

Hello.

In order to connect the phone via UART, You need to block highlighted pin with a tape/paper and use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection.
