Hi. All windows version is supported, even windows 10 86/64 bit. But it would be good to use win 7, bcoz win 8 and later versions have force driver signatyre checking, and this is not confortly every time disable signature checking. Both 86/64 bit supports almost all cpu's drivers. You just need install correct drivers.

Thank you for your answer.
I have tried so may different ways on installing the software it works perfectly fine except when it comes to UART. I have an issue where it keep failing because the UART can't be recognizing the phone. I tried awhile ago to use NSPRO as alternative option to use the uart however my license expired on it and I don't find it smart to renew it just to use the UART. is there any way you can recommend to install the UART so it can be working fine?

Hello.

To fix the problem with connection via UART, You can try to do the next:
1. Re-install FTDI drivers: http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...rs_2.08.24.zip .
2. Use correct UART cable (Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm).
3. Block appropriate pin of phone's battery (You can check, whether this action is needed in Software manual of the phone, by pressing "Help" button).
