Please try to do the next:
1. Re-flash the phone with "special_z130hddu0bob2_z130hodd0bob2_z130hddu0anl8 " firmware from the Support Area.
2. Download and install test Software version, which we've sent You in PM.
3. Try to perform "Write Cert" operation with test Software version.

Post here results and full Software logs of these actions.

Open Windows Task Manager (ctrl-shift-esc) and end "sdb.exe" process. After these actions try to install test Software version again and repeat "Write Cert" operation with test Software.

Please make Factory Reset and reflash the phone with "special_z130hddu0bob2_z130hodd0bob2_z130hddu0anl8 .oct" firmware again, then repeat "Write Cert" operation.

If problem will remain the same - upload latest *.log and *.logx files of performed operations.
Also, read out phone's Security ("Read Security" button) and upload it. Post here download links, we will check the files.

If problem will remain the same - upload latest .log and .logx files of performed operations. Also, read out phone's Security ("Read Security" button) and upload it. Post here download links, we will check the files.
