Codes Developer 14 - Customer Dashboard Features

We've recently introduced new some new features in the customer dashboard for CD14 customers. Following are the details of them.

Jobs Summary:

Your customer can see the jobs as per their statuses in a glimpse. Following screen shot will give you an idea about it. Your customer can see his total jobs in the system, jobs as per their statuses (Available, Not Available, In Process). Your customer can also see, his/her default currency in the system and his remaining credits as well.


Graphical Requests Per Package:

Your customer can also see the number of requests made by him/her in the form of percentage grouped by the packages in the system. Following screen shot will give you an idea about it.

In the following screen shot, your customer will be able to see the requests against packages grouped by code's statuses.




Recent News

Your customers will also be able to see the news you'll manage in the backend. To keep your customers updated, an admin will enter the news in the backend and customers will be able to see those news at his/her doshboard.




Last 10 Logins

Your customers will also be able to see their last 10 logins to their accounts. They'll be able to see the IP, Login and Logout times.
