Codes Developer14 :: Main Features
Our software covers both the admin panel and the customer panel and collectively, it offers the following features.
Admin Module/panel :
Services Offered/Packages Management:
Software owner can add a package in the software, for which he wants to give the users facility to get the codes, while adding a package, owner can set the prices of unlocking a code against the package. Admin can set the picture of a package as well for his users with all the other necessary details like Time Taken, Delivery Time, Must Read etc. If admin will want to disable any existing package in the system, he can simply disable the package while updating it.
Smart Automated payment & credit system :
we offer automated credits addon against paypal payments , means a customer buy credits and same time credits will be added against his login id . we also feature the classification between automated credits customers & non automated credits customers .( means a new customer to whom you dont know much about you can select him as manual credit customer , so if buys credits from paypal system wont add the credits automatically , once you see he is a regular customer you can change his status to automated ones )
admin has the feature to see all stats for all service packs , defined according to his date tracks ( possible between 2 specific dates )
this will give admin the idea how good his sales are going on .....
For better management of the packages, you can categorize them under certain categories, so that customer can has a better idea of packages and heíll not has to work hard to find his required Service package.
Package Prices For Users:
Software gives you the facility to add different prices against different users other than the core package price. For example Package A has a price of USD 10 and you have a valued customer A to whom you want to offer a discounted price then you can set price of Package A for Customer A equal to any price you'd like to and that price will only be available or applied to the customer A. For all other customers, it would be USD 10.
Sending/Getting Codes to different Api Servers :
Our software gives a unique feature of sending a code to any api server of your liking. If you have accounts on any of these servers, then you do not need to worry about getting the codes done manually, just give your API credentials of these 5 APIs in the admin panel and while adding/updating a package, you can assign any of these API to a package and once an API will be attached to an package, then while requesting a code from the customer's end, system will send that code to the respective attached API's server and while fetching the codes it will get the code automatically from that particular API. So your life will be lot more easier, you'll not have to do any manual work of getting and setting the codes against a request.
Creating a Dependency against Package on the Fly:
You can create any dependency drop down against a Service package in the system on the fly. For example, for Worldwide Black Berry Mep Unlock, if youíll send it to Xpress Codes, youíll have to send Mep code with it as well, so you can define Mep Codes in your system and can attach them to as many packages as youíd like to and these mep codes will be start appearing in the customerís panel against the selected packages.
You can set the logos in the header bar of both the panels (Admin & Customer) through admin console.
Setting Navigation Title:
You can set the Navigation titles of both customer and admin panels.
Setting Footerís Text:
You can set the footerís text of both admin and customerís panels as per your liking.
You can update your customers with the current updates or news related to your software or anything else. You can add news in the admin panel and then they will be displayed instantly in the customerís login.
You can manage customers here as well, like adding/updating/enabling/disabling the customers. You can also change the passwords of the customer in admin panel. You can also search the customer using few search parameters.
You can also view the history of any customerís credits in the admin panel to have a better view of the transactions against any customer.
You can also create FAQs for your customers to better facilitate them and to avoid any confusion at their end.
Managing Registration Terms & Conditions:
For Customerís registration, you can set the terms and conditions text for the customers from admin panel as well, so that they can read the text as per your policies and can sign up with you after agreeing with them.
Managing Codes Statuses:
You can add as many statuses as youíd like to in the system for Codes. The system has 3 basic statuses, which should remain there and other than those statuses, you can add/edit statuses as per your requirements.
You can view the codes requested by the customers and can update their statuses as well as putting the codes against the requests accordingly in the admin panel as well.
Seeing Number of Online Customers:
The Admin panel will also tell you that how many customers are being logged in your customerís panel. Once youíll be logged in to your admin panel, it will tell you the count at the top of your admin panel.
Customers can update their account details at any time using this feature.
This is where customer can request a code against the packages youíd have defined in the system from admin panel.
Graphical Presentation of Customerís Requests:
Customers can see their requests attempted in graphical format in the form of PIE chart.
Customers can see the details of their credits history in their account and have the facility to export them in Excel as well.
Customers can see the details of their codes history in their account and have the facility to export them in Excel as well.
Customers in the customer panel have the facility to change their passwords.
News & Updates:
There is a news section in the customerís panel, so that you can keep your customerís updated all the time about any updates.
In the software, customers can get the credits using Paypal, system has been integrated with paypal.
