For Fisio there is difference in cable. Two pins are connected to ground via resistors. But I do not remember exactly pins nubmer and resistors' value. And of course you need external power suply.

Not working with 316. I have a 316 from a year, can't find any solution to unlock it. I have Philips client but it's not supported.

For all philips phone....... need to play with external power....
I use standard unlock cabel witout resistors... only with cable for ext. power.... and work well

and maybe also 121 but didnt had one jet that didnt work...

i can also exchange things for it if it aint free
