I need help for repair Genie TCD898/V9 NCK CODE "Call your customer service"

I need solution please tell me how i can repair it,

Look at the following adresses in EEPROM
-FC to FF , must be something like 31-35-38-32
-109 must be 00 (mean that counter =00)
-E0 is the checksum bytes :example 0C

if your dump is like this , you can repair it & unlock as follow :
-Put 05 to adresse 109 ( to set the NCK counter to 5 !)
-Increase the value of E0 by 05 : example : 0A will give 0A + 05 = 0F
Now the NCK is the value of fields FC to FF or FC to 103
as : 31-35-38-32 mean that NCK=1582 or 5128
Solution tested on many Genie.
For Genie 2000 version , use Genie2000 eeprom unlock , it clear Call customer Service.
