How to input the unlock code on C355?? - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I have a C355 sw 0114040300020000 that I was able to read the NCK code on Pluto 2.5, but I don't know how to put the code on phone. When I turn on the phone it just shows 'call customer service' e nothing more... Is it hardware lock? I saw an old post from you with the same problem with a 162. Did you solve it?

Light your telephone with a sim card not valid. When the message ' Enter code NCK' appears, make your code of unlocking , then validate.

Then, there is some problem because, when I turn on the phone with a not valid simcard it just shows 'call customer service' e nothing more...

Is that hard lock after many wrong codes? Is possible to reset it???

i think tha it's the same problem with other philips .......you have to flash the device to unlock it again............
