Try with multibox , write full flash and unlock it .

after flash you need repeat unlock process, you can use pluto XP version Free

Try to make a reset eeprom with Thunderstorm if You can or a fullflash.

i have a solution for philips 355 permenet block
i amread anather355 backup all flash and that file restorefrome backup, then set unlock set full ok
