Hellooo

I have got a PHILIPS SAVY TCD 168/CB and i think it is locked and i dont know
how to unlock it , I NEED YOUR HELP ?
When i put my SIM card It ask me to enter NCK ???
I used to work with NOKIA phones , completely diferent ...?
