what to do for know NCK even i use delok dongle?? - GSM-Forum

i have philips C355
and i read info by delok but the program show ********
in PCK code and i do unlock for the phone and the program show me open to all locks
after i put sim into the phone the phone asked me for enter NCK code so how can i know the code if the program show only ******** in PCK code
i try to put 00000000 nothing happen only wrong code
i try to put 88888888 and the same
can anyone help me here ????

are you try with epp reset?

i tried direct unlock but it is the same
but if i do epp reset is there any chance to get the phone dead ????
as i do not have flash file for this model
