What's happening with Delok?

What's happening lately with Delok?

Some months ago I bought its software since it seemed me the best one, more trustworthy and the one than had the greater support, but since Delok updated its web it gives the sensation me of which he "ignores" his clients.

Much people comment in this forum that writes emails to him requesting the activation file and spend days without answer, which stops some of them can suppose losses in her business. People have problems and Delok is not solved them, etc.

I myself I have suffered this when I discovered that versions 18 of his firmware for the Philips 530 didn't work correctly, I put in contact with him and it said me that it would verify it, as soon as 2 or 3 days said me that it had found the error and would solve it, but since this I haven't had news from him.
I have sent emails simply asking whichever time to him would take to fix it but nothing answer from him.
I understand that he can be very occupied but simply with responding that he can't do it in this moment, that when it has it it publishes in the web or something similar would be sufficient so that their clients knew that he is interested in them.

I hope that nobody feels like offended with this post, it's simply the opinion of a user who feels forgotten by his salesman. Although I'm surely that there are many clients in my same situation.

Delok has been quite but he still updates software now and then but doesn't post updates on forum you need to go to his site and look around.

as for his mail he is slow not sure whats up maybe on extented vacation

after connecting and powering phone Philips 530 i want to unlock it
program says all locks open NCK :******** - Open - 00:00 until PCK : ******** -OPen -00:00 .
but when i try phone is asking me PCK code

DMD, I read the Delok web and forum every day waiting for the repaired firmware

pinky v21 of the Delok software? I don't know why happen this, I never have problem unlocking a phone with delok by clicking in "Open all locks" in the SIM section of the program. Try last version of Delok software (v31)

pinky613 - I had this problem with delok sw too - no solution with delok sw, I have try all possible things .... I have than unlocked with another sw without problems

Really Delok philips it's great solution , we need to be patient...soon new release on the way..

maybe was full flashed

restore imei
and set SP default
