You can flash your phone with NCK.

Simply connect in Emergency Download Mode with 9+PWR, insert E210 USB Cable and Flash Phone.

Sir thanks for your reply,for samsung B-229 download mode ok but flashing not ok, port opening and operation failed , as iam new to this iam not able flash kinldy help me till now i have not even flashed 1 phone also

Check if it is new B229 or old. New B229 (Reliance) with FD09 or higher version can be flashed/unlocked using B229 FD09 as model.
For old one, use B229 only.

Please start a new thread with your issue with logs and screenshot.

Otherwise we can not help you.
