help me s-0ff chacha many errors coming - GSM-Forum

hi customer brought a chacha which was stuck at htc when powered on.iam trying to s-off but iam getting aq number of errors.tried changing sd cards,flexy cables.computers and even the clips.the first error is when phone restarts to waiting for gsm ready......the error comes as wait radio timeout .on the diag page i press vol - then on top it writtes verify str not found and then say please disconnect usb cable before tw calibration.please help
