HTC Desire HD 2.00.0029 unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi,

trying to unlock this phone with xtc-clip but hangs on 'jumping to diag...'

has hboot 2.00.0029 and think this could be why, whats the way to unlock this phone please?

hi there,

I have had problems with unlock desire HD using different dongle (hxc dongles)

I find that if android OS is higher than 2.2 (like 2.3 or 2.3.5 etc) then is needed to downgrade phone.

I find AceHack toolkit did the downgrade job for me perfect. If soft is 2.3.5 then first is downgrade to 2.3, then is downgrade to 2.2 and phone is unlcoked using AceHackkit, and can now do other things to phone like change IMEI.

Problem I have on one phone that just need unlocking, downgrade etc worked fine.

On other phone which needs IMEI repair, downgrade work fine and imei change fine, but still no signal

Now Xtc can't support for the HBOOT of 2.XX.XXXX ?
