Manual updater doesn't work - GSM-Forum

I have a clip that died with me and I tried to update it but all it does is extract the file for a second and it closes it doesn't stay open. Are there insturctions on how to use this?

better use online update coz our new version not avail in manual update

if ur clip just show green light then contact ur reseller for replace ur clip

I am seeing much more of these. It will display the light but does that mean that manual updater won't work. I don't want to have to ship these back to China.

What is your xtc clip serial number ?
Who is your reseller ?

If you bought from us directly, please post here serial number of your
xtc clip and the paypal transaction ID.
