| marvel wildfire s unlock steps follow these steps: 1. create goldcard 2. insert flex-pcb-sim-adapter in htc marvel 3. insert goldcard in htc marvel 4. attach battery to htc marvel 5. attach the battery or usb cable to xtc-clip 6. press [VOL DOWN]+[POWER] to start bootloader 7. wait 10-15 sec for unlock software to start 8. you will get "get OEMSBL/Pls check SECU-Flag on/off" Error 9. press VOL DOWN, u will see "Waiting for GSM ready..." 10. will get "Power =) Reflash and "Vol-Down =) DIAG. choose DIAG, vol down 11. after TP Calibration press POWER ON 12. will get "Clean S58 Data" and "Personal info". choose "Clean S58 Data" and press Power ON 13. on version 1.03.0000 to the final get CID Write report. the phone is still locked after all procedure repeat steps 2-13 and will be fine  |

| it restarts after finish clearing s58 data...flex is ok...in right place...tried 6-7 times aand with few flex but always same result...any other solutions?? |

| Followed unlock procedure everything done correctly Write CID Ok. - Device info shows - CID 11111111 - Sec_Flag disabled. However, phone still LOCKED - Tesco UK. Any solution guys |

| Hi, these are the steps I followed when unlocking a wildfire s 1) Insert the SIM-Flex to the Phone. You need to use the flex which is up-side down so the flex is coming out of the 'top' of the phone when turned the right way facing you. It can be a bit tricky trying to thread the cable through the top of the sim-holder. Now connect the other end of the sim flex into the clip - make sure the contacts are facing upwards when inserting into the clip. 2) Insert the GoldCard into the Phone & insert the battery. 3) Hold VOL_DOWN + POWER to turn the phone on - you will see the HBOOT menu and after around 5 Seconds the unlock software will start (NOTE: this can take upto 1:30 Mins) 4) You will now see 'Get SW Version'. After around 10 seconds you may get an error saying it cant detect the sw version - if you do get this just ignore it by pressing VOL_DOWN 5) Now HOLD THE PHONE HORIZONTALLY AND KEEP IT THIS WAY UNTIL THE UNLOCK IS FINISHED. 6) Soon you will see the option 'Clear S58 Data' press the POWER button to select it and you will see a message saying unlocks have been made to SIMLOCK etc. Wait 10 seconds and the unlock will be complete - you will be taken back to the 'Clear S58 Data' menu. 7) Remove the battery, SIM flex and GoldCard & insert your sim card. You can now put the battery back in and turn the phone on as normal. I dont kno why holding the phone horizontally works, makes difference but until i did that mine wouldnt unlock |
