My XTC Clip is not Working also Which one is Original ? (ANWERED - Raskal Dead Clip)

I bought XTC Clip one month ago from Raskal (through Resller) Yesterday I was trying to make Gold Card for HTC Hero It did not make Gold Card and there came an error on the screen

I just Unplugged the Clip from the computer after closing the Program and then I Plugged in But it did not open software I am triny since last 24hrs in different computers but all in vain nothing happens or nothing open when i attched clip to the Computer

NOW Plz TELL ME WHO HAS THE ORIGINAL CLIP

plz tell and help becaz i will buy now new one But i dont know who is selling Original......................

You can ask Raskal for replace, may be he do not want to replace, because his statement was clear

Sorry but you was CHEATED because you are using an XTC Clip made by Raskal. And Raskal did NOT PAYED HIS DEBTS to XTC Clip programmer. For that reason your XTC Clip is in that "deactivated" state now. Please go to your reseller and ask for a refund. We NOT support here XTC Clips made by Raskal who NOT PAYED his debts to XTC Clip programmer.
