I bought new xtc clip but cant update to 3.0.3 version.
Still only 2.1.1 version after update

This is what my xtc is broken. And I have to buy it to fix HTI teeth and a special cable to repair? I have this xtc for two months and so from the beginning was that I could not do uptade

We do not make any kind of this politic. We had a problem on servers.

At the date of your post, xtc server for update was not working.
Right now all is fixed and your xtc clip should update.

Please report.
