It is strange, you have a missing cable, cable No. 3.

Contact your reseller and ask for cable No.3, should be in package free.

Also is it only the cable you get in the HD7 unlock kit.

There are two kind of HD& kit:

1. HD7 KIT Lite:
- 1 pcs HD7 cable
- 1 pcs sd card reader

2. HD7 KIT Full:
- 1 pcs HD7 cable
- 1 pcs sd card reader
- 1 pcs sd card 1 GB

Not all resellers ordered as this, so, better ask your reseller what you will get before you order.
