i just bought the HTC Dongle and have not installed because i do not see the serial number, i need this in order to register and also to get software , nobody has help me THE SERIAL NUMBER DOES NOT COME in the usb flash! please help me to install the software

It is autoplay software no need to install it

just plug usb cable. It will run automatically if not than open my computer and search for drive with the name "XTC clip" . Right click on it and click on "Auto Play" . that's all. hope it will help you.

I have already post for my problem and see my post cancelled.

I have got my new XTC CLIP, I was very happy for the fun that I will have with it.

Taking care like usual, I have open the package. I have connect XTC CLIP unit to my PC by USB cable. everything was ok, I have take time to update it and create FW of my SD card of my HTC Nexus one.

then because it said that I have the choice between power XTC CLIP by Cable or by battery of 9V (9V connector come into package), I have connect it with 9V battery.

unit begin to hot and green LED go OFF. unit begin to smell and my new HTC NEXUS ONE is now have a strange working condition

I'm a happy user of MXBOX, but for XTC CLIP I'm really sad.

I have decide to buy new one that I will never connect with 9V battery

and still waiting to have it.

I just bought the htc dongle at ipmart.com , i no received the correct support, my main problem is i can not get the serial number in order to install and register in the website, they suggested me to in this forum, please help me i need this dongle i bought since 1 month ago!

Looks like you bought raskal clip, because clip from manole doesn't require any s/n or registration.
