BootBox "Dongle not found!!!" - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I've problem with my bootbox dongle.
Dongle manager see my bb:

Code:

 13.28.36 :  S/n:  77680CFDxxxx
 13.28.36 :  Send S/n to reseller for update license.

BlackBerry app is starting ok.

But alcatel app doesn't start:

Code:

Dongle not found

Could someone help me with this problem?

your dongle already actived

download last ver Index of /SUPPORT

and open software

I've installed newest version, but nothing changed. Maybe its bad driver?

our dongle work without driver check you usb port maybe have problem
