I seen again in log and found one important things, this modem we can't unlock at the moment.
If you get big stock for unloc, then we can try create solution for you , but .. the costly.

ZTE_MF90_BD_RUS_BEELINE_MF90V1.0.0B12.cbin
this firmware will work
i am asking because of verification and pls check log again,last time you said this version not possible to unlock
and last one for boot mode i have to use tp point..
