if needed let me know I'll share the file somewhere. If customer will leave his modem to me for another day I can DUMP the FW from it.

Anyway, MKey correctly unlocked it, then it's about flashing the correct firmware.

I not understand why u need restore imei ?

In support also exist E5577Cs-603_21.200.07.00.00_FW.cbin , so why u use updater ? or u found another type s-321 ?

Because after flashing with E5577Cs-603_21.200.07.00.00_FW.cbin the modem was keep on restarting.
then I was able to connect it as dead and flash again with E5577s-321_21.180.99.03.00_BL_FW but the result was this:

Please, I don't understand what you mean but all that I am saying is I cannot have my Huawei E5577s-321 4G been recognised by my Pc no matter the drivers I used.

The info requested is "USB\VID_12D1&PID_140C&MI_02". That is what I could find. And the product is Huawei E5577s-321 4G Wifi.
