| Does anyone know how to activate/desactivate autorun mode for ZTE MF192 (ICERA)? Please, can you give information about command to use for ICERA? The traditionnal "AT+ZCDRUN=8" or "AT+ZCDRUN=9" doesn't work! |

| I've already used DC-Unlocker for unlocking my ZTE K3765-Z. I know that I can download DC-Unlocker for FREE, and buy credits only if I want unlock many USB modems from Huawei and ZTE. MKEY looks GREAT, with many more functions! But... Where can I found (and download) MKEY? I don't want to buy MKEY just to disable autorun-mode for my ZTE MF192... Perhaps I'll pay for unlock the ZTE MF192? But, it's not actualy a problem for me, because I've already an unlocked ZTE K3765-Z. ICERA chipset it's something new for me and I have just few info about it. And MKEY (Modem Unlock Key) is something new for me, too... I've just discovered the program this week! I'm using my ZTE K3765-Z and MF192 with a 3G router TP-Link TL-MR3220! |

| Thanks for the rapid answer (and sorry for my bad english, because I'm french). Ok, I see, MKey MUST be used with the dongle, and none function can works without dongle? I know that a dongle version of DC-Unlocker also exist... But, it's not really important for me to unlock or just disable the autorun mode of the ZTE MF192 because, with the last firmware update from TP-Link, the TL-MR3220 works fine with the MF192 (except for a minor bug: the "3G" LED of the router don't flash to showing 3G activity, only when I'm using the MF192, no problem with K3765-Z). With OpenSUSE or Ubuntu, the ZTE MF192 works like a 3G modem (thanks to usb_modeswitch) but the connection fail. Perhaps, all will be better when the ZEROCD mode will be desactivated... |

| And the final answer is... For ZTE MF192 fans (and many other ICERA 3G USB stick), you can activate/desactivate the Autorun mode (virtual CD/microSD port) with te following AT commands: AT%USBMODEM? (to check the actual state) AT%USBMODEM=0 (modem only mode) AT%USBMODEM=1 (modem + CD-ROM + microSD) Few antivirus block "MKey" program with an alert of suspicious packer. I hope it's just a false positive and not a stupis virus inside... I think the programers must use another compressing method... |
