[Answered] new viva e5577cs-321 white screen

hi team i unlock many e5577-321 with mkey no problem but new modem if unlock work and unlock but white screen i have 3 modem damg now any help pls

After Unloc need write Upper FW version like 21.200. or 21.300.xx.. for return modem back to working condition.

there is a firmware which can repair this white screen 21.238.01 but not available for download

i try many webui and fw for e5577cs-321 modem work but with white screen i try 2 pcs new same problem i think must update same fw viva 21.200.07.01.397

i already did the 21.200.07.01.397 from viva centre but no luck same white screen but here one guy fixing that router from huawie service with the 21.238 firmware

My dear i don't know why you people getting error. i have done this version several time with mkey with the help of Balwinder bro.

Write 1st firmware on boot mode
E5577s-321_21.180.99.04.00_BL_FW
E5577s-321_21.180.99.04.00_BL_FW

After write firmware then unlock a modem

Then write 2nd firmware
21.316.01.00.00

we know that i unlock many about 150 pcs may more np only new modem from viva date 1-9-2017
