I have 3 devices already unlocked but I will test the FW for TestBox2
If you do not have MKey and your device is locked on STC Saudi Arabia I can help with free solution

Hi
please follow the below to unlock
1 download huawei_flasher_1.6 from here
download web UI from here
download FW from here
2 turn off the device & press menu(first) + power bottom(second) at the same time to be like this

install the web UI after finish turn off the device & press menu(first) + power bottom(second) again then check the ports and open ports.ini in the Huawei Flasher and flash the FW with it
3 open the web UI 192.168.1.1 you will find that the device requet the unlock code you can get it free from any site or tool
