hello team if i buy dongle will i need to pay for any operation i do..

Like flashing and unlocking will i need to pay for this after buyin your dongle..

i tried flashing my Huawei E3531s_2 to unlock.. now modern is not showing any longer, port can not be detected on my pc, no blink of light again.. what can i do please?

open modem try to find any Test Point connect it to ground and then try to flash with proper version... if success then ok if not try with jtag..

Buy Mkey first, next download valid FW and write to modem for next unlock.

Did hard understand ?
