a practical question ( change the operator)

I have a 3G model (Alcatel X220L) from a operator ( Bouygues), Right now, the contract is finished, I want to see if it is possible to use it for another operators.

When I insert the modem to the computer, one "CD" disk appeared appeared in my computer containing the software from Bouygues, and start to install itself automatically. It should contians the driver and the manager I guress.

Here is my question:
1) If I want to use it for another operator, I have to get the driver, right? how can I get it? the officicial website of Alcatel don't support the driver and I don't know the detail of the chipset.
2) Normally, the dirver and the manager are combined together when you get it from the operator. After I get the driver, Will I have to find the manager from the operator that I want to use or there is some kind of manager that is universial? will the manager from the operator works with the modem(dirver) from a third party?
3) When I insert the modem, the "CD" disk appeared and start to install automatically, it is boring, how can I delete the software in this "CD" disk?

Hi, u need to do unlock your modem for use with another operator.
