1st download this firmware and write on boot point

what about B310s-927 latest unlock????
i have unlocked several STC devices but cant unlock zong same version device. . .

Use BL files from mkey support. this files already have loader.

And you need have Mkey dongle.

Can You upload files again please? Tried BL files but I'm in same situation, device is even not trying to activate 2nd COM port via boot method, so I do boot pin, I have COM port, I start flash procedure with BL file, just on the beginning I have exactly same thing like someone else:

Write Boot .. 00FF02005DB5B95F700000D2 Ok
ComPort not Found! - Error!

2nd COM port is not activating, checked Device manager, no unknown devices etc, this B315s-22 with 21.329.01.00.93 is not activating 2nd COM port while flash procedure. Is it anything new?

which is operator of your b315 modem and country?
